This Cancellation Policy governs theterms under which users may cancel services purchased from Info Media3Network through MrGuide.in (“Platform”).

By purchasing any service, you agreeto the terms outlined in this policy.

CancellationWindow

• Users may request cancellation of services within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment.
• Any cancellation request received after this period will not be accepted.

Conditionsfor Cancellation

Cancellation requests will only beconsidered if:

• The request is made within the 7-day cancellation period
• The service has not been substantially executed or delivered

We reserve the right to determinewhether a service has been substantially initiated or completed.

Deductionson Cancellation

In case of approved cancellation,the following deductions will apply:

4.1Domain & Hosting Costs

• If a domain name has been purchased or registered on behalf of the client, the actual domain cost will be deducted
• If hosting or server resources have been activated, the applicable charges will be deducted

4.2Third-Party Purchases

• Any tools, plugins, software, licenses, or third-party services purchased specifically for the client will be non-refundable and fully deductible

4.3Custom Work & Resource Allocation

• Any work already performed (design, development, SEO setup, consultation, etc.) may be partially charged and deducted, based on the stage of execution

Non-CancellableServices

Cancellation will not be permittedin the following cases:

• After 7 days from payment
• Once the project has reached an advanced stage of execution
• Where services have already been delivered or completed
• Where leads, listings, or digital deliverables have been provided

CancellationProcess

To request cancellation, users must:

• Contact Details
• Service Details
• Payment Proof
• Reason for Cancellation

Requests without completeinformation may be rejected.

Processingof Approved Cancellation

• Approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Any eligible refund (after deductions) will be credited to the original payment method

CompanyRights

We reserve the right to:

• Reject cancellation requests that do not meet policy criteria
• Deduct applicable costs before processing any refund
• Suspend or terminate services in case of misuse or violation of terms
