Any request received after 7 dayswill be automatically rejected.
Non-RefundableConditions
No refund will be provided under thefollowing circumstances:

- If the website development process has started
- If design, development, or content work has been initiated
- If domain, hosting, or third-party tools have been purchased or activated
4.2SEO & Ranking Services
- If SEO work has started, including keyword research, on-page or off-page optimization
- If ranking improvements or visibility progress has begun
- If reports, submissions, or optimization activities have been executed
4.3Lead Generation & Listing Services
- If business listings are published
- If leads or inquiries have already been delivered or shared
4.4Digital Services Nature
Due to the intangible andtime-bound nature of digital marketing, SEO, and web development services,once work has commenced, refunds cannot be processed.
PartialRefunds (If Applicable)
In rare cases, we may offer a partialrefund if:
- Work has been initiated but is at a minimal stage
- No significant deliverables have been completed
Such decisions are made at our solediscretion.

To request a refund, users must:

- Payment Proof
- Reason for Refund
Refund requests without validdetails may be rejected.
RefundTimeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
We are not responsible for delayscaused by banks or payment gateways.
Chargebacks& Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be considered a violation of this policy
- We reserve the right to suspend services and take legal action in such cases
